We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant who enjoys building relationships, developing new business and getting to know the people behind the shipping industry.

You’ll work with clients across Asia, recruiting for roles spanning chartering, shipbroking, shipping operations, technical, finance and corporate functions. Along the way, you’ll develop your own specialist market, build a client network and become someone clients and candidates turn to for advice.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage the full recruitment process, from winning new business and understanding hiring needs to securing placements
• Build lasting relationships with shipowners, ship managers, brokerages and other maritime businesses
• Identify and engage talent through market mapping, networking and headhunting
• Share relevant market insights and help clients make informed hiring decisions
• Take ownership of growing your desk and developing your expertise

Who we’d like to hear from:

• You have recruitment experience, ideally within shipping, maritime or technical recruitment
• You enjoy opening doors and building relationships over time
• You’re commercially minded and willing to put in the consistent effort needed to grow a desk
• You’re curious, resilient and keen to understand your market beyond the job description
