Kelayakan

  • 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field.
  • Tea industry experience is not required.
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with data and numbers.

Tanggungjawab

  • Analyse sales data and identify insights and opportunities.
  • Plan and coordinate festive promotions, including pricing and in-store execution.
  • Support new product launches, from product samples to final rollout.
  • Coordinate with retail stores, warehouse, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Follow up closely on tasks and resolve issues until completion.
