Job Scope:
Provide courteous and efficient front desk service to guests.
Handle enquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Answer telephone calls within service standards.
Perform cashiering duties in accordance with policies and procedures.
Manage and escalate guest issues and complaints with proper follow-up
Basic $2.3K - $2.8K

Relevant customer service or hospitality experience will be an advantage
Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Comfortable handling guest enquiries and resolving issues professionally
