E-commerce customer service experience, and foreign trade customer service is preferred

Have affinity, patience, good language expression and communication skills

Have a certain ability to work under pressure, practical and diligent, strong execution, obey the arrangements of superiors

Required skills: Fluency in Mandarin, E-Commerce Platforms, Market Research, Negotiation Skills

Manage Amazon product listings, including product upload, optimization, and page improvement.

Develop sales strategies and marketing plans.

Analyze product performance, market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.

Manage Amazon PPC advertising and promotional campaigns to improve sales and ranking.

Monitor sales data and inventory levels to maintain healthy stock management.

Conduct market research and keep updated with Amazon policies and platform changes.
