Job Requirements

  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Manage loyalty programmes, rewards, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate value-added services such as engraving and gift wrapping.
  • Build strong customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction

Job Responsibilities

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience in handling customer complaints and service recovery.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused with good attention to detail.
