- Manage the recruitment andselection process
- Manage employee records,employment agreements, and HR guidelines.
- Administer payroll, manageemployee benefits, and handle other HR-related duties.
- Handle the application andrenewal of company certifications such as BCA, ISO, GGBS, and others.
- Supervise day-to-day officeoperations, including purchasing, facility upkeep, and IT coordination.
- Facilitate effective internalcommunication to ensure seamless business processes across departments.
- Diploma in Human Resources,Business Administraton or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-onexperience in HR and administrative functions within the construction sector.
- Solid understanding of humanresources principles, employment laws, and regulatory standards.
- Strong verbal and writtencommnication skills, with the ability to collaborate acrsss all levels of theorganization.
- Skilled with MS officeapplications and HR software, including payroll systems.
- Knowedgeable in budgeting, officeinfrastructure and facility oversight.
