No specific educational qualification required.

Previous experience in retail, grocery or supermarket operations is an advantage.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Able to work well in a team and a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Ensure products are well-stocked, properly arranged and displayed according to store standards.

Replenish stock regularly based on sales and store requirements.

Check product quality, expiry dates, pricing and promotional labels where applicable.

Assist with receiving, checking and storing incoming merchandise.

Maintain cleanliness, tidiness and safety standards within the assigned department.

Assist customers with product enquiries and provide friendly and helpful customer service.

Support stock counting, inventory checks and stock replenishment activities.

Assist in promotional activities and ensure displays are properly maintained.

Monitor stock levels and report damaged, expired or low-stock items to the Supervisor.

Ensure the assigned department is well-maintained and meets company standards.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Store Manager.
