The Sales & Operations Intern supports our regional sales team and keeps the day-to-day operations of the business running smoothly. You will split your time roughly evenly between helping us find and follow up with prospective students and partners, and handling the admin, data and coordination work behind our programmes.

This role suits someone organised and curious who wants hands-on exposure to sales, business operations and the education sector.

Key responsibilities

Sales support

• Research and build lead lists of prospective students, schools, colleges and corporate partners in Singapore and the region
• Respond to enquiries by email, phone and social media, and schedule follow-ups and consultations
• Keep the CRM and sales pipeline records accurate and up to date
• Prepare sales materials, proposals and presentation decks with the sales team
• Support education fairs, info sessions, webinars and partner events, before, during and after
• Compile weekly sales and enquiry reports, tracking leads, conversions and campaign results

Operations support

• Coordinate student admissions, from application checks and document collection to enrolment records
• Maintain student, partner and programme databases, and file records in line with PDPA requirements
• Liaise with partner institutions on schedules, intakes and programme updates
• Assist with invoicing, payment tracking and expense claims alongside the finance team
• Take on ad hoc projects that support the business, including market research for regional expansion

Requirements

• Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Clear written and spoken English
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel or Sheets
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage several tasks at once
• Confident speaking with prospects, partners and students
• Takes initiative and is willing to learn
• Eligible to take up an internship in Singapore
