We’re partnering with an investment management firm in Singapore to hire an experienced Operations & Compliance Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in fund administration, corporate secretarial services or financial operations who is looking to gain broader exposure across fund operations, corporate structuring and regulatory compliance.

Working closely with senior management, you’ll take ownership of key operational processes while coordinating with a range of external professional service providers.

Key Responsibilities

Fund & Corporate Operations

• Coordinate the setup and ongoing administration of funds, VCCs, sub-funds and corporate entities

• Liaise with lawyers, corporate secretaries, fund administrators, tax advisers, custodians and banks

• Manage fund subscriptions, redemptions, board resolutions, agreements and corporate filings

• Support bank and custodian account openings

• Manage invoices, expenses and supporting documentation

Compliance & Regulatory Support

• Maintain the compliance calendar and track regulatory filings, tax declarations and renewal deadlines

• Conduct KYC, AML, customer due diligence and sanctions screening for clients and counterparties

• Maintain key compliance registers, including personal account dealing, conflicts of interest, gifts & entertainment and restricted lists

• Support annual audits, regulatory reviews and external compliance consultants

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law or a related discipline

5+ years of relevant experience in fund administration, corporate secretarial services or financial operations

Familiarity with Singapore corporate and fund documentation

VCC experience would be a strong advantage

Highly organised, systematic and detail-oriented

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working hands-on within a lean, fast-moving environment

High level of integrity with the confidence to identify and escalate issues proactively

Investment, trading or portfolio management experience is not required.

This opportunity would particularly suit someone who has built strong foundations within a fund administrator, corporate services firm, financial institution or investment management environment and is ready to take on broader ownership and exposure.
