Customer Care Executive – Shift-Based Operations

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for assisting customers, handling enquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive service experience across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer enquiries through calls, chats, and email.
• Understand customer concerns and deliver suitable solutions.
• Handle customer requests and complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Ensure customer information and service records are properly maintained.
• Support customers across different markets and service requirements.
• Follow established procedures when handling customer and confidential information.
• Share feedback and suggestions that can help improve service quality.

Shift Schedule

This position operates on a 3-shift rotation:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Candidates should be comfortable with shift rotation, including overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to operational needs.

Ideal Candidate

• Able to communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Friendly, patient, and professional when dealing with customers.
• Good at understanding problems and finding practical solutions.
• Comfortable using computers and handling multiple tasks.
• Customer service, contact centre, or related experience is a plus.
• Able to adapt to a shift-based working environment.

What We Offer

• RM2,500 basic monthly salary
• Applicable shift allowance
