Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Media, Business or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, live hosting, social media or marketplace management.

Fresh graduates with strong passion and confidence in front of the camera are welcome to apply.

Familiar with platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu (XHS), Douyin, etc.

Interest or experience in video creation, editing, social media content or digital marketing.

Mandarin-speaking ability is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and business partners.

Confident, energetic and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.

Self-motivated, target-driven, independent and a good team player.

Passion for cars and sales is a strong advantage.

Host 2–3 livestream sessions daily, with a minimum of 3 hours of livestreaming in total.

Introduce and promote cars, promotions, financing options and exciting deals through livestreams.

Create fun and engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms.

Interact with viewers in real time, answer questions and create an engaging livestream experience.

Respond to social media and livestream enquiries and turn viewers into potential customers and sales leads.

Follow up with potential customers and maintain good relationships throughout their car-buying journey.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handovers and support successful deal closures.

Monitor livestream engagement and lead generation performance and work towards individual targets.

Support basic livestream operations, including scheduling, data tracking and monitoring.

Execute and improve comment-to-lead conversion SOPs, including responding to comments, following up with interested viewers and converting enquiries into leads.
