Diploma/Degree or higher qualification in Food Technology, Food Science, Halal Industry, Biology, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Halal certification and QA/QC, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.

Certified Halal Executive with hands-on experience in Halal submissions, documentation, and audit coordination.

Knowledge of FSSC 22000, HACCP, and MESTI requirements and implementation.

Familiar with Malaysian food safety regulations and Halal standards.

Experience in handling certification audits and regulatory inspections.

Internal Auditor certification for FSSC 22000 or HACCP will be an added advantage.

Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Manage all Halal certification matters, including new applications, renewals, amendments, and correspondence with relevant authorities.

Prepare, maintain, and update all Halal documentation and records to ensure compliance with Halal certification requirements.

Coordinate and participate in internal and external Halal audits, ensuring timely closure of any non-conformities.

Prepare documentation and coordinate internal and external audits for FSSC 22000, HACCP, and MESTI certification.

Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of FSSC 22000, HACCP, and MESTI management systems.

Oversee the daily operations of the QA/QC Department to ensure product quality, good hygiene practices, and food safety standards are consistently maintained.

Guide the production team on quality control issues to enhance product quality.

Conduct internal quality and food safety training for employees.

Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
