Kelayakan
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and book-keeping practices with relevant working experiences.
- Ability to handle full set of accounts for small business operations.
- Exposure to auditing would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (SQL Accounting).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Tanggungjawab
- Assist in processing daily financial transactions including sales, payments, and receipts.
- Handle basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks in the finance system.
- Verify and process supplier invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Match invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes before posting.
- Assist in the preparation of payment vouchers, cheque printing, and online payment instructions.
- Maintain accurate records of payments made and pending.
- Assist in daily and monthly reconciliation of bank statements and petty cash accounts.
- Investigate and report any discrepancies.
- Filing & Documentation
- Ensure proper filing of finance documents (invoices, payment vouchers, bank statements, etc.).
- Support audit processes by retrieving documents as required.
