Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Management or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development or related field.

Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.

Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Highly motivated, proactive and results-oriented.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision, especially in a Work From Home environment.

Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.

Possess own transportation and willing to travel for customer visits and business development.

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.

Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Generate leads, conduct sales presentations and follow up on business opportunities.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Negotiate with customers and close sales opportunities.

Conduct market research and monitor market and industry trends.

Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company’s business growth.

Prepare quotations, proposals, sales reports and other relevant documentation.

Attend customer meetings, site visits and business activities when required.

Undertake business trips and outstation visits as required.

Provide regular updates on sales activities, market developments and customer feedback to Management.
