Aligne Studio is a premier, fast-growing Reformer Pilates brand expanding across different areas of Singapore. Currently operating 3 outlets across the island with more to come, we offer personalized Pilates training to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and well-being for clients of all fitness levels through certified instructors.
Job Summary
Join Aligne Studio as a Marketing & Operations Intern to develop practical marketing and operational skills by creating content, managing campaigns, and supporting daily studio functions across our growing network of locations. This is an active, dynamic role where you can expect to move about our different studios regularly to capture content and support operations. We are actively on the lookout for our next full-time hire—final-year students looking to transition into a permanent role upon graduation are strongly encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities
Conceptualize and execute creative marketing campaigns across digital platforms including social media, email newsletters, and our website to engage the community across all 3 studio locations
Move between our different outlets to capture and edit fresh photos and videos that showcase each studio’s unique vibe, instructors, and community
Manage day-to-day studio operations by providing excellent customer service, handling the online booking system, and ensuring our spaces are clean, welcoming, and up to brand standards
Collaborate with team members to develop storytelling content that connects with our diverse target audiences across Singapore
Adapt to a dynamic schedule that involves traveling between outlets, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week after training or as needed
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Recent graduate or final-year student pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Creative Multimedia, Design, or a related field looking for a full-time career path
Energetic and adaptable—comfortable with moving around our different studio locations across Singapore
Passion for writing, storytelling, and content creation with a willingness to learn and improve skills
Artistic eye and interest in photography and video editing
Sociable with a friendly, can-do attitude and the ability to engage with new people across different studio communities
Organized, resourceful, and able to solve problems effectively on the go
Personal Instagram account with over 1,000 followers is a plus, demonstrating social media savvy
Passion for Pilates and wellness is a big plus!
What to expect
This is a 3-6 month internship with a monthly pay of $700 (Diploma) - $1,000 (Bachelor).
