About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage and secure the right talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer management.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles and align on recruitment priorities.

• Proactively identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other relevant channels.

• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ experience, motivation and suitability for the role. • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.

• Support offer discussions, follow up on offer acceptance and coordinate onboarding arrangements.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • Keep recruitment records accurate and provide regular updates on hiring progress, pipeline activity and recruitment challenges.

• Contribute ideas to improve sourcing effectiveness, recruitment processes and the candidate experience.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

• Experience recruiting across technical and non-technical functions, or a strong foundation in one area with the willingness and ability to learn the other.

• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify and engage relevant talent proactively.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with candidates and hiring managers.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.

• A proactive, resourceful and flexible approach to solving problems and responding to changing business needs.

• A strong sense of ownership, sound judgment and commitment to following tasks through to completion.
