Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya. This role involves identifying potential clients, presenting suitable estate and financial solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to closing. The Sales Specialist will conduct in-person consultations, follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. The role also includes collaborating with the broader team, participating in training sessions, and supporting client education initiatives to promote financial literacy and long-term relationships.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and build trust.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management abilities to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and achieve targets.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to support client education and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
• Candidates should have good interpersonal skills, the ability to work both independently and within a team, and strong organizational skills.
• Candidates should preferably have experience in financial services, real estate, or related industries; proficiency in relevant productivity tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
