Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma in any field

Prior retail sales, customer service, or fashion consultation experience is an added advantage (Fresh graduates passionate about fashion/retail are welcome)

Friendly, outgoing, empathetic, and comfortable working with diverse body types in a welcoming environment

Proactive sales attitude with strong interpersonal and persuasion skills

High standard of personal and workplace hygiene, neatness, and attention to cleanliness

Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to retail operational hours

Basic computer and POS system literacy

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage)

Provide warm, personalized, and body-positive styling advice to customers looking for big, tall, and plus-size apparel

Assist customers with fit recommendations, garment silhouettes, size matching, and mix-and-match outfit suggestions

Achieve individual and boutique monthly sales targets through excellent customer engagement and product knowledge

Maintain clean, high-standard boutique hygiene, including daily sweeping, mopping, dusting display shelves, and keeping fitting rooms spotless and organized

Manage daily retail operations, including operating the POS cashier system, processing cash/card/e-wallet payments, and handling returns or exchanges

Assist with stock replenishment, tag pricing, inventory receiving, and periodic physical stock counts at the boutique

Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organized fitting rooms, and attractive visual merchandising on display racks and mannequins

Promote company membership programs, active store promotions, and encourage cross-platform engagement (website and social media)

Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally to deliver an exceptional overall shopping experience
