- Manage month-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Support the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.
- Handle intercompany accounting activities, including reconciliations and resolution of outstanding balances.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support internal and external audits, as well as ad hoc finance projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Record-to-Report (RTR), General Ledger (GL), or financial reporting.
- Experience in a Shared Services Centre (SSC) or Global Business Services (GBS) environment is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
