Overview

Support day-to-day processing of purchase orders, logistics and administrative functions. This role involves handling purchase orders, coordinating import / export shipments, and assisting with basic warehouse tasks such as packing and unpacking where required. It is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, and comfortable working across both desk-based and physical tasks

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Process and track purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, forwarders/logistic partners and internal teams on order and delivery status
• Assist with packing, labeling, and unpacking of goods
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments
• Perform basic stock checks and report discrepancies
• Support general operational and administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or administrative support is preferred but not required
• Good communication skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle light physical work (packing/unpacking items)
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
