We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support enterprise IT transformation, application development, and system implementation projects.
Location: Malaysia
Duration: 12 Months
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst supporting enterprise projects
Experience supporting large-scale IT transformation, application development, or system implementation initiatives
Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 process modelling
Experience in backlog management and user story development
Strong understanding of UAT planning and execution
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
Familiarity with requirements traceability and change management practices
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, or equivalent certification is an added advantage
