Job Description

• Review the build requirements., Define Provisioning date, Generate JIRA, Generate Hostnames using Portal.
• Submit HW Roll in form for Rack Allocation, Review the Roll in request, verify if Hostnames, IP address, verify switch port is enabled and NBU connectivity.
• Notify DCFM team on cabling issues.
• Build/ support new servers build across the life cycle of delivery.
• Monitor build progress, provide technical solutions for build dependencies.
• Resolving dependencies by coordinating with Network, Storage and VM team.
• Monitor build progress and ensure servers are provisioned based on the delivery timelines committed.
• Provide regular build status reports and attend calls with GBT/GMET teams to share the progress and clarify any technical concerns.
• Run daily DSM call track build progress and mitigate dependencies to FastTrack build OS configuration, user management, roles management and hardening
• Support the app teams for app setup requirements.
• Closely work with app team and GIS for the vulnerabilities fix.
• Lead and deliver GIS handover activities to meet the delivery timelines.
• Provide commission and warranty support.
• Network Firewall, Network DNS, LB setup coordination.
• GIS handover, GIS Onboarding Coordination
• Handover environment to application team for deployment

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end server build and infrastructure delivery management.
• Hardware rack allocation and data center coordination.
• Server provisioning, OS configuration, and security hardening.
• Infrastructure dependency management and cross-functional coordination.
• Network, storage, VM, firewall, DNS, and load balancer coordination.
• Vulnerability remediation and security compliance.
• Build progress monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• GIS onboarding, operational handover, commissioning, and warranty support.
• Application environment readiness and deployment handover
