Kerja Kontrak Site Safety Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 6,000 di H A S Energy Industrial (M) Selangor - Maukerja

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent.

Registered as Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) with Department Of Occupational Safety & Health, with valid Yellow Book and active CIDB.

Minimum of 3 years working experience in construction industry or similar field.

Solid knowledge of all safety regulations, requirements and industrial best practice.

Strong communication and interpersonal skill for effective interaction with all parties on site.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address safety issues promptly.

Conduct daily site inspections to ensure all M&E installation works comply with safety requirements and approved safe work procedures.

Monitor high-risk activities, including electrical installation, cable pulling, lifting operations, working at height and others.

Ensure workers, subcontractors and visitors comply with site safety rules and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Monitor compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW), Risk Assessment (RA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Method Statements for M&E activities.

Inspect tools, machinery, electrical equipment, scaffolding and access equipment to ensure safe working conditions.

Maintain safety records, inspection checklists, permits, reports and other documentation required by the client, main contractor and relevant authorities.

Coordinate with the Project Manager, engineers, subcontractors and the main contractor's safety team to resolve site safety issues.

Stop unsafe work where necessary and immediately report serious hazards or safety violations to the relevant management personnel.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time.
