What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience running Meta ads, ideally in e-commerce or beauty

• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with numbers

• Curious about AI and eager to use it every day

• Proficient in English; Mandarin is a strong advantage

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

You'll own Drseol's paid growth on Meta, turning data into decisions and using AI to test, learn and scale faster.

• Plan, launch, and optimise Meta ad campaigns for the MY and SG markets

• Analyse performance data (ROAS, CPA, retention) and act on the insights

• Work with the creative team on ad angles, hooks and testing plans

• Use AI tools to speed up research, copywriting, reporting and creative testing

• Track trends and competitor activity to keep us ahead
