Job Summary
All Wheelers Concierge Pte Ltd seeks a motivated Sales Executive to build customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, promote automotive products, and support digital marketing efforts in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Build and sustain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive sales growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations tailored to potential customers’ needs
Execute sales and digital marketing strategies to promote company products and services effectively
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, product features, and services to inform customers accurately
Provide professional customer support throughout the sales cycle, including after-sales service to ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to plan and implement sales and marketing initiatives
Create and edit video content to enhance digital marketing and promotional campaigns
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and resolve issues to maintain positive relationships
Required competencies and certifications
Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A driving licence (compulsory)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing
Proficiency in video editing and familiarity with digital marketing techniques
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to work independently
Good computer skills and ability to use relevant digital tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude
Willingness to work on-site in Singapore
