Job Description:-

Export

· Being the coordinator between customers, carriers, shipping agents, and internal departments to ensure all export shipments are completed smoothly and successfully.

· Source and negotiate with shipping agents/carriers for competitive freight rates, service options, and suitable sailing schedules.

· Place bookings with carriers and shipping lines, issue ROT, submit Shipping Instructions (SI), and verify draft Bill of Lading (BL) with customers and carriers.

· Prepare and issue Shipping Notes, Delivery Orders (DO), and other related shipping documentation for LCL shipment.

· Open job files in the system, maintain shipment records, and ensure complete documentation filing.

· Monitor shipments from booking stage until cargo departure and final shipment completion.

· Coordinate empty container collection, laden cargo pick-up, transportation arrangements, and delivery to port with appointed hauliers.

· Arrange trucking services and liaise with transporters to ensure timely cargo movement to CFS / Customer warehouse

· Apply export permits and coordinate with relevant government authorities (OGA) such as FOSIM, collection of VHC from Veterinary Department, MAQIS, and other regulatory bodies to ensure smooth export clearance.

· Follow up on customs clearance, permit approvals for door-to-door shipment.

· Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, hauliers, depots, and authorities regarding shipment status and operational matters.

· Resolve shipment issues, delays, documentation discrepancies, and operational challenges to minimize disruption to export activities.

· Ensure compliance with company procedures, carrier requirements, customs regulations, and export documentation standards.

Billing

* Billing within 24 hours once vessel loaded/laden return to depot.

* Monthly to check accrual listing, outstanding payment or any billing missed.

Requirement

• 2-3 years experience in related field
• Able to work under pressure & extra hours
• Computer literate & good communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
