Job Description & Responsibilities
Manage the full spectrum of human resource functions, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, employee relations and staff retention.
Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leave administration, overtime, claims and employee records.
Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and transfers in compliance with Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, CPF contributions, foreign worker levies and other statutory requirements.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and guidelines in accordance with company requirements and applicable regulations.
Manage employee performance, training, development, disciplinary matters and grievance resolution.
Coordinate with department heads and supervisors on manpower planning, workforce allocation and employee-related matters.
Maintain accurate and confidential HR documentation and prepare regular HR reports for management.
Liaise with government authorities, recruitment agencies, training providers and other external parties on HR-related matters.
Support management in improving HR processes, employee engagement and overall workforce efficiency.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Management or a related field.
Relevant experience in human resource management, preferably in the construction, engineering or manpower services industry.
Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, MOM work pass procedures, CPF contributions and foreign worker regulations.
Experience in payroll administration, attendance management, employee relations and HR documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management or payroll systems.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
Detail-oriented, organized and capable of handling HR matters in a fast-paced working environment.
