About the Position

We are looking for a motivated, design-focused Sales Consultant to become part of our showroom family. If you have an eye for interior design, love meeting new people, and take pride in helping homeowners create beautiful, practical spaces, this position is made for you.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome and consult with shoppers to uncover their lifestyle habits, aesthetic tastes, and layout requirements.
• Match customers with the right sofas and furniture pieces that complement their home vision and floor layout.
• Share expert styling tips and spatial layouts to bring their interior design to the next level.
• Help clients visualize how furniture will fit their rooms using design programs or visual concepts.
• Create an attentive, enjoyable shopping journey that builds long-term customer loyalty.
• Master our furniture lineup, material specifications, and bespoke features (full training supplied).
• Hit sales goals while delivering top-tier service to every single visitor.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of background working in interior design, space planning, or a closely related discipline.
• Proficiency in design applications like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent software.
• Solid command of core design concepts including space optimization, color palettes, and visual balance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong commitment to customer engagement and follow-up.
• Enthusiasm for home decor, interior styling, and helping people design their dream living spaces.
