Job Scope
Handle comprehensive motor accident reporting and claims processing from initial contact through resolution
Provide guidance to customers on accident claims procedures and recommend optimal repair solutions
Prepare accurate repair estimates, quotations, and invoices whilst maintaining high quality standards
Coordinate effectively with insurance companies, surveyors, workshops, and technicians to ensure seamless repair progress and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in insurance or automotive industry
Sound understanding of motor insurance claims processes and procedure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven customer services abilities
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
