Customer Service & Support
Respond to customer enquiries through telephone, email and other appropriate communication channels.
Provide accurate and timely information on products, services, orders, delivery status and related matters.
Maintain professional and effective communication with customers throughout the service process.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through responsive and reliable service.
Order & Administrative Processing
Process customer orders, quotations and related documentation accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
Follow up on customer orders, deliveries and outstanding requests to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Prepare basic reports and provide administrative support as required.
Internal Coordination & Issue Resolution
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics and other relevant departments to address customer enquiries and resolve service issues.
Monitor order and delivery progress and communicate relevant updates to customers.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, investigate issues where appropriate and recommend suitable solutions.
Other Duties
Assist with general customer service and administrative activities.
Perform other relevant duties and assignments as assigned by the supervisor or management.
