- Operate company buses to transport passengers, employees, or students safely along assigned routes and schedules.
- Ensure strict compliance with traffic regulations, road safety standards, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines.
- Perform daily pretrip vehicle checks, monitoring fuel levels, tire condition, and vehicle cleanliness to ensure roadworthiness.
- Maintain accurate trip logs, passenger headcounts, and daily mileage records.
- Manage route timings efficiently while ensuring passenger safety and comfort during transit.
- Promptly report any vehicle mechanical issues, traffic accidents, or route delays to the Operations Manager.
- Assist passengers with luggage handling or boarding assistance when operational needs arise.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 4 / Class 4A Driving License
- Familiar with Singapore roads, expressways, and traffic routes.
- Good driving record with a strong focus on safety, punctuality, and customer service.
- Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism when interacting with passengers.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible shift schedules (including early morning/split shifts or weekends) based on operational needs.
