Technical Implementation Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Implementation Manager to lead software implementations for financial and enterprise clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software implementation and deployment.
• Coordinate with clients and technical teams.
• Gather requirements and manage system integrations.
• Oversee testing, issue resolution, and project delivery.
• Manage project risks, timelines, and documentation.
• Ensure smooth deployment and client handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of software implementation experience.
• Experience in fintech, ERP, or enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of APIs, data migration, and system integration.
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure, Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Experience with Jira or MS Project is an advantage.
• Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
