We are looking for an experienced Group Finance Manager / Finance Controller to join the internal finance team of an established accounting/professional services firm.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily finance and accounting operations
• Prepare and review full set of accounts and financial reports
• Manage AR, AP and account reconciliations
• Handle taxation and compliance matters
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare financial analysis and reports for management
• Liaise with auditors, Company Secretary and other external parties
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and efficiency
• Lead and guide a small team of finance staff
• Support other finance-related projects when required

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Minimum 9 years of relevant finance/accounting experience
• Professional accounting qualification is an advantage
• Strong experience in financial reporting and finance operations
• Good team leadership and people management skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Presentable, articulate and able to work well with different stakeholders
• Good analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills

Pay: Up to RM18,000.00 per month
