Job Summary

Ensure smooth restaurant operations by managing staff development, overseeing inventory and stock ordering, and reporting to senior management. Deliver excellent service through effective communication and leadership while working flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily restaurant operations to maintain efficient and smooth service delivery
• Develop and manage employee performance to enhance team productivity and engagement
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages and overstocking
• Place timely orders for stock replenishment based on consumption and forecast
• Communicate operational updates and challenges to the restaurant manager, director of operations, and owner
• Apply strong communication and leadership skills to foster a service-oriented environment
• Adapt to and work flexible shifts to support restaurant operational needs
