Support the preparation and submission of tenders for global and strategic customers.
Analyse tender requirements and coordinate with APAC countries to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
Liaise with regional offices, account management teams, and procurement teams to prepare competitive proposals.
Develop tender project plans and coordinate pricing analysis, internal reviews, and evaluations.
Maintain tender records, reports, and documentation in internal systems.
Participate in regional meetings and provide tender-related analysis and recommendations.
Resolve tender-related issues and support process improvements.
Perform other duties and participate in related projects as assigned.
