Project Coordination
Manage client projects from confirmed quotation through design, production and delivery.
Plan project timelines and milestones, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate the designers, production team and external vendors working on each project.
Track progress and remove bottlenecks so deadlines are met.
Client Management
Be the main point of contact for clients during the project.
Gather client requirements and turn them into clear briefs for the internal team.
Prepare and present project updates, mockup reviews and timeline decks.
Handle change requests and client feedback professionally.
Production & Quality
Supervise day-to-day production work and give tasks to team members.
Check outputs against specifications before delivery.
Keep accurate project records, job sheets and documentation.
Help improve workflows and project processes.
Requirements
Diploma or above in Engineering, Business, Project Management or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, production or operations.
Strong organisation and multitasking skills, and the ability to handle several projects at once.
Good written and spoken communication skills for dealing with clients.
Experience with manufacturing, fabrication or design projects is an advantage.
