Your new role

• Support the delivery of HR and People Consulting projects, including Change Management, Organisation Design and HR Transformation.
• Work with project teams to analyse client challenges, develop solutions and support implementation across people and organisational transformation initiatives.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders through workshops, research, analysis, presentations and project deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to proposals, knowledge sharing and internal initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant experience in HR, HR Transformation, Change Management, Organisation Design or related transformation/project work.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Good understanding of a consulting/project-based environment and ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
• Previous consulting experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates from industry can be considered where they have relevant transformation/project experience and a good understanding of consulting.
