Lead and motivate service crews to deliver smooth, authentic Japanese matcha experiences while managing inventory, scheduling, performance tracking, and training to achieve store financial and operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate full-time and part-time service crews to deliver smooth service and authentic Japanese matcha experiences that enhance customer satisfaction
• Monitor inventory control systems and track stock levels to maintain optimal supply and reduce waste
• Implement cost reduction strategies aligned with store financial targets to improve profitability
• Manage scheduling of full-time and part-time cafe crews to ensure adequate staffing for operational efficiency
• Track crew performance and provide feedback to support continuous improvement and service quality
• Conduct training sessions for new and existing cafe crews to maintain high service standards and product knowledge
