Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration; HR or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.

Experience in corporate administration, compliance,payroll or company secretarial matters is an advantage.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

Manage company administration and corporate records.

Coordinate business licenses, permits, and statutory compliance.

Liaise with company secretary, government authorities, landlords, and external vendors.

Support new outlet setup and licensing applications.

Coordinate POS system administration and office IT-related matters.

Manage payroll

Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and other management documents.

Perform other duties assigned by Management.
