Summary

You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Marketing Communications Coordinator is responsible to assist operationally and administratively in the execution of the hotel's marketing communications, public relations, social media, and promotional activities to support branding and revenue objectives.

Qualifications

• Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
• Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management, Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
• Preferably experienced in marketing communications, preferably in the hospitality industry or related field.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with basic knowledge of marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with graphic design and content creation tools.
• Good interpersonal, organisational and time management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
