Kerja Sepenuh Masa Purchasing Assistant, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,300 di H A S Energy Industrial (M) Selangor - Maukerja

Minimum SPM, Diplom or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or any related field.

Preferably 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or any related administrative role.

Experience in steel fabrication, manufacturing or construction will be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of purchasing procedures, supplier sourcing, quotation comparison and purchase order processing.

Proficient in SQL Accouting, Microsoft Office etc.

Good communication, negotiation, coordination and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive and able to work independently.

Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.

Assist in sourcing and identifying suitable suppliers for raw materials, steel products, machinery, tools and other company requirements.

Assist in monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment of materials and consumables when required.

Request, collect and compare quotations from suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, quality and delivery terms.

Prepare and process purchase orders (PO) according to approved purchase requisitions and company procedures.

Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery schedules, outstanding orders and delayed deliveries.

Coordinate with internal departments, including Production, Project, Warehouse and Account Department, to ensure purchasing requirements are fulfilled.

Verify the quantity, specifications, and quality of delivered goods against purchase orders and delivery orders.

Liaise with suppliers regarding product discrepancies, damaged goods, incorrect deliveries, and replacement arrangements.

Maintain and update purchasing records, supplier databases, quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.

Ensure all purchases comply with company policies, approved budgets and authorization procedures.

Perform any other duties as assigned by HOD/Manager.
