Job Description / Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate
Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works
including electrical, plumbing, sanitary, drainage, and associated services at construction sites.
Plan and monitor daily site activities to ensure works are carried out in accordance with
approved drawings, method statements, and project schedules
.
Lead and manage
site supervisors, technicians, and workers
, ensuring proper deployment and productivity.
Conduct site inspections to ensure
quality control
, compliance with
SSOC/BCA/NEA/SCDF
requirements, and adherence to safety standards.
Ensure all works comply with
Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)
regulations and company safety policies.
Prepare site progress reports, inspection records, and assist in submission of as-built drawings and handover documents.
Resolve site issues, coordinate rectification works, and support testing & commissioning of M&E systems.
