As a Operations Manager (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Implement and ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures.
Manage and improve day-to-day operations across specialist clinics.
Integrate workflows and drive operational synergies across clinics.
Support workforce planning, staff engagement and performance management.
Monitor clinic performance through financial and operational data analysis.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and service enhancement.
Support the licensing and setup of new clinics and healthcare facilities.
Coordinate with internal teams, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
Drive operational initiatives to improve efficiency and stakeholder experience.
Support ad-hoc projects and other operational duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any related fields or equivalent.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in healthcare or healthcare operations.
