Responsibilities
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
Manage and coordinate the rectification of any defects or issues identified during the construction process.
Assist in the development of project schedules, timelines, and budgets, ensuring architectural activities are integrated into the overall project plan.
Manage architectural work scheduling, supervise and inspect all architectural work performed by sub- contractors according to specifications / drawings
Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings to assist in contract and procurement management
Support the Project Manager in all coordination work of civil, structural, architectural.
Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and subcontractors to resolve any technical / site issues
Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works
Requirements
At least Diploma/ Degree in Architecture / Building or equivalent
