Job Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our wire harness products and related systems meet internal and customer quality requirements.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Plan, design and execute structured testing and quality verification activities.
* Prepare, review and execute test cases and test scenarios.
* Perform manual testing and verify functionality, reliability and performance.
* Document test results, identify defects and report non-conformities to relevant stakeholders.
* Investigate quality issues and participate in root cause analysis.
* Work closely with Engineering, Production and Quality teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Maintain accurate testing records, reports and quality documentation.
* Support customer requirements and quality-related activities.
* Be prepared to standby and work on-site at client locations when required.
* Willingness to travel for customer visits, inspections, testing or other work-related activities.
* Contribute ideas and participate actively in continuous improvement and quality enhancement initiatives.

* Able to work independently as well as in a team.
* Comfortable working in a manufacturing and customer-facing environment.
Qualifications
* Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, testing, defect reporting or process improvement.
* Experience in test planning, test case preparation and test execution.
* Knowledge of manual testing and quality verification.
* Experience in manufacturing or automotive-related environments is an advantage.
* Experience with wire harness, electrical components or automotive manufacturing will be an added advantage.
* Candidates who are available to join immediately will have an advantage.
