Job Responsibilities

  • Provide basic IT support to employees, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Assist in maintaining the company's network, systems, and IT infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot IT issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with IT equipment inventory, maintenance, and record keeping.
  • Support software installation, system updates, and basic technical issues.
  • Assist in website maintenance and updates when required.
  • Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
