Job Summary
Manage procurement activities by sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality. Develop supplier relationships and maintain accurate documentation to support business operations.
Responsibilities
Issue purchase orders and manage sourcing by liaising and negotiating with suppliers on pricing, quality, and documentation
Coordinate with local suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to align purchase activities with operational needs
Identify and develop new supply sources to address vendor inadequacies and support sourcing requirements
Lead the development and management of new and existing suppliers to meet current and future sourcing demands
Establish and maintain organized filing systems and accurate documentation for procurement records
Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks to support procurement operations
Execute additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Proficient in ERP Sytem, MS Excel and MS Word to manage procurement data and documentation
Ability to work independently with initiative to drive procurement tasks efficiently
Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and effective teamwork skills
