Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing Campaigns di The Smart Local (TSL) Media Group - Maukerja

We are looking for someone who can lead the conceptualisation and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across SEA, from pitching to delivery, while driving innovative strategies that create real brand and business impact. You will also be responsible for managing risks, improving campaign processes and reporting, and developing strong relationships with the creator community while staying ahead of industry and social media trends.

What you will do:

• Lead the conceptualisation of influencer marketing strategies for varying client briefs and be able to drive innovation to deliver influencer marketing campaigns that have real brand and business impact
• Be involved in pitches and campaign execution from beginning to end and work closely with account managers, sales teams, and strategists from TSL where necessary to develop best-in-class award-winning influencer-led campaigns across SEA
• Overall in-charge of managing campaign budgets and working with project managers to maintain profitability and campaign margins
• Setting the standards of influencer curation and content pitching during pitching and execution process, and ensuring they are adhered by project teams
• Oversee campaign execution process to ensure content implementation is on brief and delivered with high standards
• Be able to foresee any potential risks ahead of time, troubleshoot regularly, escalating them to wider management where necessary
• Oversee campaign reporting process for both organic and paid influencer aspects, developing process and SOP where necessary to ensure a balance of detailed and necessary reporting for clients.
• Oversee resource allocation of project managers; balancing team capabilities between pitching, ad-hoc campaign delivery, and long term always-on campaign management
• Observing and developing benchmarks across verticals and markets
• Working closely with Paid Media leads to develop effective campaigns
• Stay abreast with industry trends and movements, and be able to constantly innovate to adapt to new changes in social trends and platform evolution
• Create a strong reputation for the company among creator communities to increase our profile and credibility among influencers

A successful candidate should have:

• At least 6 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign strategy and end-to-end campaign management
• Is able to develop creative, innovative and effective influencer-led strategies that deliver measurable brand and business impact
• Has strong commercial and project management skills, including managing campaign budgets, profitability and resources
• Is confident in influencer curation and content strategy, with a strong eye for quality and brand alignment
• Is proactive in identifying potential risks and able to troubleshoot and manage challenges independently
• Is comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, account management, strategy, paid media and project teams
• Has a strong understanding of social media platforms, creator trends and the wider influencer landscape across SEA
• Has strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and creators
• Is commercially minded, data-driven and constantly looking for ways to improve processes and campaign performance
