About the Roles

Join a manufacturing company in West Coast as a QC Executive in a permanent role. Enjoy a five-day workweek, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm, with a basic salary of up to $3,500 plus Variable Bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) plans, inspection checklists and related quality documents.
• Perform quality inspections of incoming raw materials and finished products before shipment.
• Address quality-related issues within the required timelines.
• Evaluate corrective actions to confirm their suitability and effective implementation.
• Train and guide the Quality Assurance team.
• Advise the production team on quality control requirements and issues to improve product quality.
• Propose improvements to production processes to uphold quality standards.
• Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain quality and safety standards.
• Support site preparation and coordination, including the preparation of submission documents.
• Coordinate activities to implement the site safety management system.
• Interpret and apply relevant Singapore Standards and Codes of Practice.

What We’re Looking For

• Hold a relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• Bring at least 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Work independently while managing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
