Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Basic computer knowledge or proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Able to work with minimal supervision.

Ability to work in a high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.

Schedule and coordinate the flow of production operations.

Communicate with related departments to provide information on the progress of production work.

Issue work orders and schedule printing orders.

Monitor and manage all production job statuses, schedules, and delivery due dates to ensure daily deadlines are met.

Review work orders and arrange priorities for urgent orders to avoid delays.

Arrange and monitor the status of outsourced production goods to avoid delays.

Raise purchase requests for material shortages and follow up with the Purchasing Department to ensure materials are delivered on time within the required deadlines.

Monitor and ensure printing products meet the required standards.

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
